Born in Garwater, He was an excellent student in elementary, prodigy like, and he was semi-popular with his class. His outside life was composed of normal things; he would have his own circle in which they worked together.
As a teen…
He continued to be a top student. He passed all classes with an A. He enrolled in the military once he was 17.
In the early stages of his military career…
He being a known leader in his adolescent days, his followers went with him. They made an ace team. They were separated when they went MIA and only a few got together again when they were rescued, Tobias wasn’t one of the few. He went on with his career as a Staff Sergeant, leading multiple platoons.
In the middle stages of his military career…
As a First Sergeant after a brutal civil war of his own kind, Kirill continued to create a name for himself, and at the same time made several enemies. Those enemies include both outside of the empire and inside the empire. He led many raids against insurgencies.
In the later stages of his military career…
He had been promoted to Lieutenant Colonel for his unparalleled valor and loyalty to the empire. That was about to change, there was a civil war in the empire, this one separated the military from the citizen population. Kirill was to choose a side, and he decided both to a council. They disposed of him a week after on a night the week after. He was confronted by shady figures and he tried to escape but one of the figures shot him in the leg and lung, and he collapsed. He was picked up by a squad of rebels and immediately underwent medical operations, after he recovered; they took him to their base to talk with their leaders. In a bewildered state, he recognized the leaders and gaped at them, they were his buddies from when he was a private.
His life begins now…
He was elected as the leader of a faction named Twisted Legion to liberate the empire.
Primary: AKN-56 Hybrid It has a fast, rapid fire rate of 2000 rounds per minute, weight is 8 pounds, and fires diamond tipped, 6.20x48mm FMJ bullets, and drum mag cartridges hold 65 rounds. Diamond rounds to inflict more damage while going through victim’s body, and paralyzes whatever part it’s shot at. Its attachments include a Dual Band scope that is a night vision scope with thermal overlay, that zooms in at 2x vision, it can be deattached and returned to the guns iron sights. It has an adjustable stock. It has a vertical grip. It has a millimeter scanner, which scans heat signatures up to 200 meters every 2 seconds, and it has a solar powered battery but it has a compartment for 500 hours of charge in case of the panels that break, or weather conditions. It can be switched to echotech which scans obstructions that seem to move in its sensors up to 450 meters away. It has a switch on the side for either of the 2 and when you want it off. The barrel, gas tube, receiver, and bolt carrier all exist as a single component group moving back and forth along an axis parallel to the bore, suspended within an Effect-Envelope—the external composite fibre/polymer stock. Simply, this function separates the events inside the rifle from what the person operating the weapon actually experiences. The motion described is also employed by design to drive the unique rotary conveyor mechanism that performs the separate ammunition pre-feeding cycle that is key to the extremely rapid two round burst. Tacticals:
Agent Black GrenadeA corrosive chemical with an explosive in a ceramic and metal covered cylinder grenade. When the lever is pulled, its fuse ignites and reaches the explosives. Its explosive kill radius is six feet, and its injure radius is another eight. The toxins that is used is a biochemical that is inhaled and the organisms that go within the air spread into the lungs and spores attaches to them and release thousands of neutrons per second. Its infection radius is twelve feet. Kirill carries 6 grenades of these.
S4 Gloo GunA little cylinder gun, with a grip for holding it, and it has a stock, it shoots out an explosive black paste. You have to hold it to a wall to spread it. There is a trigger on the handle when you press it, it ignites the paste that is touched by the elements and not the paste inside the gun because it is a vacuumed container. The gun itself is 1 foot and 10 inches, 8 of those inches is the barrel and the rest is the gun. The paste is made of a secondary explosive meaning it needs to have the trigger to explode and cannot be shot to explode. It carries 2 pounds of it in each cartridge. Kirill holds 4 cartridges it.

Helmet:
A MICH style helmet that covers the whole face but the eyes and the neck area. It is made of Kevlar, and has a headset.
Body Armor:
Light armor on the arms, it is bandaged for stealth use, on the shoulders there are pads, and on the elbows made of Kevlar. On the torso there is a Dragon Skin vest that is framed by 2 layers of buckyskin that is framed by an aluminum plate.It covers all of the torso and on the side and back. On his legs and groin area it is covered by a Kevlar pants, and on the knees they are covered by a Kevlar pad with a titanium plate, with dents to increase bashing. It has shins made of Kevlar, and boots with steel toes. There is the standard uniform of the military he was in and its modified with buckypaper.
Applications:
I have 4 diagonal LED flashlights installed on my vest, they are able to reach 25 meters in front of me. A wristwatch that not only tells me time, but there are 3 buttons where I can switch through different programs such as a “lockpicking” program, radar program that tells me everything in a 15 foot radius, and tells me a little less detail in the 16-25 foot range. The wristwatches other programs include a pacman game and a emergency beacon that tells people at TL HQ where I’m at. My goggles have different applications it can work on, document working, communication, xray vision, heat vision, zoom vision, and echo vision. On the hud, it also displays heat trails for natural organisms, to hunt them down.
WHEN OFF DUTY AS CIVILIAN:
Weapon is a small pistol-
It has a silencer within the barrel, and it is a very powerful pistol, it can pierce through Kevlar and body armors, and it has a handle grip. Tobias holds 4, 6 bullet clips.
